Update – Level 3 & 4 – Hamilton Hindin Greene’s response

n

Hello,

n

As you will be aware the Prime Minister has lifted New Zealand’s COVID-19 alert status to Level 3 and provided a warning of the alert level being raised to Level 4. This status will be in place for “a minimum four weeks”.

n

Under Level 4 all non-essential services will close.

n

Financial Services, the New Zealand Capital Markets, and the NZX are considered to be an essential service and will remain open, as will Hamilton Hindin Greene. We have been preparing for this event and we will remain operational to provide clients with financial advice, services and access to your investment funds.

n

Our Business Continuity Plan ensures that we are equipped with the tools needed to provide service to clients and our clearing, settlement and custodial agents have similar contingency processes that ensure HHG’s ability to transact and settle orders.

n

In line with the requirements of the Level 4 Alert HHG office will be closed to clients. If you wish to discuss your portfolio, want to place orders or access your investment funds please contact your adviser directly by email or telephone.

n

We ask for your understanding during this difficult time and look forward to defeating the virus over the coming months and life returning to normal as soon as possible.

n

Stay safe.

n

Regards
Ian Perry
