Tom McBride and Richard Parkin have recently started running investor education sessions with the first subject being “Income in Retirement”. In the session, Tom and Richard look at retirement income by examining research from Massey University outlining the required income for a comfortable retirement and how a well-managed portfolio of equities and bonds can help achieve a reasonable standard of living once you have stopped working.

The sessions take place at our office on Victoria Street and last around an hour and a half with plenty of opportunities to contribute to the session. Tom and Richard will be running the session again in 2024 so let us know if you would like to attend a session and we will let you know when the next one is scheduled.
